Thanks to all of you for visiting our Web site. It’s been a great year for us in fighting against gender based violence and it wouldn’t have happened without all of you, so thank you.

2009 has come, where is your strength? Please let 2009 be a year of ending Gender Based Violence wherever you are. You can use your strength to prevent sexual violence in your community, even small actions and words can make a difference. Be a role model for young women and men, show others in words and actions how to respect women, reach out to girls and women experiencing violence, support the choices of women, teach girls that their bodies are their own and they have a right to live free from violence. And remember, it starts with you

Have you talked with your partner in 2008 about how to have safe and happy sex. Give it a try in 2009.
